I'm Poppy, single mom to Daisy, a twelve year old singing ballerina, who is the sun, the moon, and the stars of my life. I've been blogging since 1999, and on Livejournal since January, 2004. I'm a Czech Canadian, raised in Nova Scotia, and living in Toronto for the last 28 years. No wonder I'm confused! Orange Poppy is my place to vent and my posts will ride a rollercoaster.
